The Voting Procedure:
Each student can only vote for 2 classes from his level.
Remember that you should vote for the two most feasible and meaningful proposals!
If you are going to compare caps to Teddy Bears (which is pretty random), you should at least base it on more criterias BESIDES usefulness.
